Having over 17 years of experience in the infrastructure development sector, Mr. Abhijit Kotkar is a co-founder of Abhinav Group. Throughout his career, he has worked on various projects in Sri Lanka and India, consistently making significant progress towards his goals. One of his recent notable achievements includes the successful execution of a massive project in collaboration with the Airport Authority of India, known as "AEROMALL." This mall, located in Pune, operates 24x7, making it the city's first mall with non-stop operations. With his young and dynamic personality, Mr. Abhijit Kotkar now envisions expanding his presence in the re-development sector, aiming to create new landmarks. Taking a step forward in this direction, he has already initiated endeavors in this particular field.

Sujay Shah joined the family business of infrastructure activities at the age of 18. With over 20 years of experience, he possesses a strong skill set in team building, task achievement, and building personal relationships (PR). Throughout the years, his organization has undertaken prominent projects such as Pune airports, Sindudurg airport, Samuruti Mahamarg, Pune metro rail, and numerous industrial and land development projects in and around Pune. These accomplishments have positioned his organization at the top of the industry. Sujay Shah believes in the power of teamwork and strives for collective growth. His vision extends beyond materialistic achievements, emphasizing the importance of continuous knowledge upgrading on a daily basis.
